We offer a full refund on all items purchased through our website within the return period of 21 days. If your item came defective and you would like to have it replaced, we will do that at no cost to you.

We accept returns of unworn merchandise for a period of 21 days. Returns made within 21 days are eligible for a 100% refund. To be considered in unworn condition, the watch must be returned in the original packaging and the bracelet must not have been sized. If we deem the item is not in unworn condition, you  will be notified and given options on how to proceed. You will receive a full refund once the product has arrived back at our warehouse and we have assessed its condition (in original packaging with all components and accessories included).

We do not accept any returns past 21 days of the purchase date. No exceptions.

If you would prefer to exchange your watch, we offer exchanges for a period of 21 days, for purchases made through our online website only. As with returns, the item you wish to exchange must be in unworn, new condition with all original packaging and components. You may exchange it for a product of equal or lesser value; we will refund you the difference for lower-priced items and bill you for the difference for a higher-priced product. Please note shipping fees will be applied to the exchange, according to the destination.
